If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, please feel free to reach out to me at adleysbowtique@gmail.com. I do not offer returns, as all items are made specifically based on what you chose at checkout, please make sure you choose the correct style/size needed. If you happen to choose the wrong style or size by mistake, feel free to reach out to me via FB, IG or our email at adleysbowtique@gmail.com, and I will do my best to change your order! If a mistake is made on my end (wrong sizing, or style) I will do whatever is necessary to fix the problem. Whether that is replacing the item (if available) with the correct item or refunding your order. I do not offer exchanges.

If an order must be returned to me for any reason, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please mail return items to the following address:
